[nfbcs] office 2010 or 2013

As always, Steve has summed it up very well.  We are going through 
the same thing where I work.  I and a few others are testing 2013 
prior to the move.  I have primarily used Outlook, and have had no 
problems.  However, one computer, which is older, has problems with 
the Outlook calendar, and we haven't gotten to the bottom of it yet.
