Hello, There is an Apple Voice Simulator called Adam I believe. A psychologist introduced it to me a while back. I know it's not a JAWS synthesizer, but if you have access to an Apple Device-- Perhaps you could use it. I recommend it as it has decent pausing, inflection, and even appears to take "breaths".
