[nfbcs] truth tables

Hi Tyler,

When I was taking Algorithms and Data Structures, I would write my
tables out in Braille, and then copy them to a table in a word document
to give to my instructor.

It was a lot easier to figure out the value if I could actually see the
layout of the table.
