[nfbcs] accessible simple video editing options for windows 7?

Jim,

I just read on the PC-Audio list that some people have tried versions of Video Redo and found it works pretty well with screen readers.  There are free trials, but I think it costs some.  I'm also not clear which 
version that was used, but is may be worth a look.
