Some motor impaired people as well as the deaf-blind can employ mores code keyboard to access and use a computer. These devices have been very expensive up to now costing from $450 to $600 just for the interface. 

Zunkworks has developed an open source alternative to these both USB and bluetooth is supported. These should run about $30-$50 here is a web page with more information:

These interfaces use Iambic morse code keys which range in price from $25 to several hundred dollars. I have one that cost about $65 and it works fine. Here is a source for such keys:
