[nfbcs] Slightly OT Pasting Formulas in Excel

Copy as usual, but when you paste, navigate to the home ribbon and 
expand paste...you'll find all sorts of options for what to paste. Not 
sure which version of Excel you're using, otherwise I'd give you an 
exact hotkey.
