I don't have Windows 8, but what screen reader you are using is not going to
change the keystrokes that are part of the operating system.

Where to get tutorials on Windows 8.1 depends some on what screen reader you
are using. AI Squared, Freedom Scientific and some training organizations
like the Access Technology Institute have tutorials.
