[nfbcs] Moving around in SQL

I was editing my SQL query, and needed to go back and check some datanames
in my table.  I used F8, object explorer, to do that, but then I couldn't
figure out how to get back to the screen where I was editing my query.  How
do I do that? I'm using SQL for Server 2005.
