[nfbcs] english being read in different langauge with nvad and jaws in microsoft word and pdf documents

CTRL a, ALT t, l then select the language. It does not matter if you are
using Office 2007 or later; the old shortcut keys are still supported.

You need to select all, and set the document language to English.
Sorry, I don't have Word on my machine, or I'd give you better instructions.
Googling document language word should get you headed in the right
direction.
