I like this one:
http://www.cprogramming.com/tutorial/c++-tutorial.html
The table of contents is very convenient and logically arranged. It also goes from pretty basic stuff up through object-oriented concepts and dealing with memory.

Subject: [nfbcs] C++ tutorials?
Hi all.
OK, so I'm tutoring someone now in Computer programming and one of the
things I need is a good C++ tutorial that I could pass on for us to
work through together.
I already have a basic understanding of the language so could help
with basics and we could both refer to the study for scripts, etc.
Anyway, anyone have a good C++ tutorial?

Thank you.
