[nfbcs] Frequent JAWS crashes when using Microsoft products

Chris,

What are you using for a synthesizer, and what sort of computer are you
running on? I really need to know your secret. I am having some problems
with office 2013 on all three of my computers. Sometimes it is outlook
restarting or not responding, sometimes it is long delays with no speech
after which speech comes back and so forth. The problems are somewhat
different depending upon whether I am using JAWS or Window-Eyes, so the
screen reader has something to do with it all, but it is impacting my
productivity as well as adding to the stress level.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson

I haven't experienced this at all myself. I use JAWS 16, Windows 7 and
Office 2013. I'll occasionally get the message that one of the Office
applications has stopped responding, but no more frequently than my sighted
coworkers do. I don't find JAWS 16 to be particularly unstable.
