[nfbcs] Frequent JAWS crashes when using Microsoft products

I hadn't made a correlation between graphics cards and my screen reader 
performance, but I did have a bad experience with an ATI card quite a 
few years ago. I haven't really avoided them, but the only graphics 
cards I've purchased since then have been Nvidia adapters, and the 
laptops I've purchased have either just had on board Intel graphics 
chips or Nvidia adapters.
