If you tell us which domain, we might be able to give you some better
guidance.  To change the whois info, you'll need to contact your
registrar.  If it's the domain that you're emailing from, then it
looks like it's namecheap.com.

Transfering your domain to a new registrar usually involves contacting
the new registrar, and they initiate the transfer.  You may need to
unlock your domain for transfer at namecheap first.
