[nfbcs] Fwd: Brailliant issues!

Hi, Guys,

I have a 40-cell Brailliant BI 40 that for some reason decided on Thursday that it didn't want to power on.  I have tried to drain the battery, fully charge the battery... and it still will not power on. I've tried different USB ports on my computer, a plug in to the wall, different cords...
I really REALLY don't want to have to send this in... does anyone have any other suggestions?
