yeah. I've tried everything their support people recommended, but I was
wondering if maybe there was another alternative to sending it in. I'm not
happy with the customer service policy (for example, they won't give you a
quote bfore the cost of shipping the unit back...).

Do they have tech support? Perhaps a call is in order. Perhaps there's a
reset button or sequence they could tell you about.

Hi, Guys,

I have a 40-cell Brailliant BI 40 that for some reason decided on Thursday
that it didn't want to power on. I have tried to drain the battery, fully
charge the battery... and it still will not power on. I've tried different
USB ports on my computer, a plug in to the wall, different cords...
I really REALLY don't want to have to send this in... does anyone have any
other suggestions?
