[nfbcs] Deleting a message from outlook 2010's outbox

I have had the same problem before, and I don't think that there is a
solution for it. Once the message starts to send, Outlook is not going to
let you have it back.

My problem is that Outlook won't let me delete the message. It says it some
messages can't be deleted. Sheesh!
