Hi Mike,

Not sure exactly where to instruct you to find this option. Find in Outlook the work off line and activate this function. Then try deleting the message. Then turn the work off line function off to use normally.

HMMM ... wouldn't the message still be in my outbox?

Mike Freeman

P.S. I bet I could go into Safe Mode and either delete the message or move it from my outbox. Perhaps I'll have my wife try it. But I know no way of making Safe Mode in Windows 7 talk and anyway I've forgotten how to get into it. (grin)

This is drastic, but what if you deleted the account, then added it back again!???
