[nfbcs] Support of screen readers in lenex OS

Orca comes with Ubuntu, so you don't need to download it separately. I 
use the Vinux distribution myself. Vinux comes up talking with Orca and 
has some other accessible applications and default settings established 
to make it a better experience for the blind right out of the box. The 
Vinux project is at http://vinuxproject.org/ BTW, Vinux is based on Ubuntu.

I should have mentioned earlier that in addition to Orca for the 
graphical interface, you also have Speakup for the console and Emacspeak 
for the Emacs environment.
