[nfbcs] How many of you got CS jobs through cold interviews?

That kind of garbage never would have been permitted at Delaware Valley 
University!  You don't get unqualified advisors there, and every 
professor has to have succeeded in the real world before they can even 
be considered for a position.  The professors are also expected to bring 
real world experiences into the classroom to help teach too.
