[nfbcs] Agile requirements gathering techniques

I am involved in somewhat of a large project. The group working on the project requested that I get together some best practices and techniques related to Agile project management styles. The major part we are working on at this point is requirements gathering. Does anyone have any ideas on some effective methods on gathering application requirements? We are on somewhat of a deadline because the requirements gathering methods list needs to be in by next Friday. Thanks for your help.
