Absolutely correct! I pointed this out to Curtis Chong this last summer. If
this is, indeed, true, then we must do quite a rethink on how we accomplish
antivirus tasks in general. Alternatively, Kaspersky might well be in for a
little courts-Civil Rights action. (har)

I heard some time ago that Kaspersky is not accessible, and they feel
accessibility is a security risk, so they're not going to do anything about
it.
