[nfbcs] Frustrated with Xcode eight

Hello, I still have not been able to drag a control from the interface builder with voiceover even though I've taken all your suggestions. Should I downgrade to Xcode seven or what should I do, because it is really frustrating and I want to be able to make apps. If anybody else has any other suggestion they would be very appreciated and it is very frustrating because I cannot figure this out.
