[nfbcs] Mad Lib Project Help

Hi, everyone. Sorry about this, but I need some help again if you don't 
mind. I'm working I'm working on a program that allows the user to play 
a game called a Mad Lib. Last week, I did a structure chart for it and 
wrote pseudocode for two functions: readFile, which opens the Mad Lib 
file and reads it into an array, and askQuestions, which asks the user 
for the information needed for the game. Now, I'm supposed to write the 
code for part of the project. It's supposed to be able to read the file 
and ask the user for information, but for some reason, it's not asking 
for the information. I followed the pseudocode my instructor gave us, so 
I'm not sure why it's not working. Can you please help? I'll add links
