[nfbcs] Blind computer scientist wanted

I, at least, found the subject a little misleading.

A computer scientist looking for work would likely be doing research at an
academic institution. A blind one would probably be doing the same.

Someone who has a background in web and app accessibility seeking work in
that area would not usually present themselves as computer scientists be
they blind or sighted.

It is similar to the name of this list; most of the discussion here has
very little to do with computer science, if we take things strictly :).
