Good morning,
Curtis is correct this software has a 504 violation and is currently under investigation.
With your permission, I can forward your complaint to someone at Pearson that is working to bring the accessibility issues of the My ITLAB product to the folks at the top of Pearson so they can be addressed. I realize, this doesn't help you immediately, but it something that can hopefully move accessibility of this product forward. Let me know if you want me to forward your complaint. also, if you would email me, off list, more specifics about The issues you are encountering with the product that would help.

For now, in your situation, the best solution is Curtis' solution of a human reader and save yourself the frustration. I'll be happy to pass this song just let me know.

Thank you,
Jeanine Lineback

Right now, I'm stuck on the training, which is asking me to open Word in a virtual environment, create a blank document, and write some text. However, everything I do seems to subtract an attempt, and finding accessibility documentation is yielding nothing but an overview.

It keeps subtracting attempts from my questions and I just don't know how to make it work. I'm using the latest Firefox, the latest Creators' update for Windows, and JAWS 18 and NVDA latest build. This is my first experience with a course like this and would appreciate any help anyone can give. If there is a better place to ask this, please let me know.
