Good morning Leslie:

I use UmniPage Ultimate to convert large PDF files to Word. To do this I
navigate to the file, click shift + F10 arrow down to OmniPage, right arrow
to open the submenu and choose convert to Word. The program creates a
separate Word file which you can read.

Subject: [nfbcs] OCRing large documents

Hello:

My job requires me to OCR large PDF documents. I am using OpenBook for this
task. However, the recognition stops in the middle of the document.
Adobe is set up to read the entire document. The one I just worked on was
350 pages long, and most are longer. I am open to suggestions of other
programs if needed. Any help would be appreciated.
