Maybe so, but blind people shouldn't have to resort to owning their own business that hires qualified blind people along with sighted people. Some people would make excellent business owners. On the other hand, others would miserably fail at it. If blind people fail at finding work because the impossible to climb brick wall, then maybe the brick wall needs to fall. Motivating blind people to do something wont work if they keep running into something that needs to change. Target both, but put more emphasis on employers.

And I see nothing wrong with motivating the blind to get out and take what's there's.  The sighted do that same thing.
