Good idea! Then change the focus to the rules/regulations that govern employer's responsibilities when dealing with disabled candidates. Make it more difficult to discriminate.

The system is deeply flawed.  We all know that to be the case; goodness knows I have seen that in my own life.  However, we can be change agents by starting with the man in the mirror.  How can we say that the sighted should change if we aren't willing to change?
