[nfbcs] any wordpress wizards out there?

Hey guys, I have a wordpress question and wasn't sure who to ask so thought
here might be a good place to start. I am fairly new to wordpress, but I am
definitely not new to programming. I am ultimately thinking of possibly
doing some freelance wordpress/web development  work to supplement my
income from my full time programming job. Obviously I'll need help with
graphics and design and such, but I figure a theme should take care of most
of that and I can always get help when I need it. I am going to be taking
over a wordpress site from someone else to start with as a volunteer, and I
noticed the site was built iwth something called sitepoint page builder. Is
this accessible at all? What is the point of that plugin? Do I need to
totally redo the site from scratch? When I go to edit a page that used this
plugin, it seems like none of the text is editable so I am confused. Is
anyone familiar with it and/or can point me to helpful wordpress
resources/lists for blind developers? Thanks.
