Do you have a function key? If so, does shift+function key+f10 work?

Often a right mouse click will open the same menu as the applications key.
I use the Jaws mouse keys to do it.

Hope everyone is having a great Christmas season.
I'm using an HP laptop running Widows 10 that does not have an applications
key. Shift-F10 does not work. Any other suggestions?
