[nfbcs] Thunderbird Email and Hyperlinks in Email Messages

I can't tell what operating system and screen reader are being used 
here. I don't have this problem with Thunderbird in Linux with Orca. I 
can tab to the links in my email messages and then open them in a 
browser by hitting the enter key or by acting on them through the 
context menu. I'm not sure when I last tried this on Windows or another 
operating system.
