[nfbcs] adobe DC and screen reader enable all features

Hi All,

I will admit I have not had time to google yet, but I am in urgent need to
find out how to use Adobe DC to read a PDF file with a screen reader. I have
not been able to figure out how to click the enable all features button on
the tool bar. As I understand it this enable button is like the enable edit
button in Microsoft Word to turn off protected mode.

I have tried to use JAWS 18, JAWS 2018, and NVDA without luck on a windows
10 machine. 

Once this button is pressed all features to read the PDF file are available.
