Hello,

Arrow up to the top of your message, shift + tab puts you in the attachments field, control + a selects the attachment, control + c copies the attachments,
Go into the directory to receive the file, and control + v to paste the file there.  If you have normal permissions to reach this directory, then you will be able to put the attachment there.

Hi:
I hope someone can help me solve this problem. I have a feeling it's a simple fix.

When I attempt to save attachments to the documents folder from Outlook, I get a message that says I don't have permission to access that folder. 
However, I can save files to my flash drive and copy them over as needed. 
I right-clicked (applications key) on the folder and chose run as administrator, but the problem still persists. Any ideas welcome.
