I'm sure the explanation is obvious... but I'm drawing a blank... My default browser is Chrome. I have a shortcut on my desktop which brings it up to a New Tab. The UAC dialog comes up. I have an Internet address shortcut that brings up Youtube.com. I get no UAC dialog even though Chrome is used by default. Why?
