[nfbcs] Highlighting in a PDF

Does anyone know if there is a way to highlight text in a PDF using
Adobe?  I am needing to highlight specific text in a report for my
manager.  I have tried turning on single key hotkey in preferences and
then using the Jaws pass through key, but it only changes the mouse
cursor to the highlighting tool and does not highlight the text I have
selected using the keyboard.  I would greatly appreciate any solutions
you may know.  thanks.
