Please find my response below. Hope it helps you.
1. Use aXe browser extension for Firefox or Chrome for automated
testing. This is free and works nice. There are multiple other tools.
The aXe core is OpenSource in case you need to integrate into your
inhouse automation testing.
2. Use the following combination of screen reader testing: firefox /
Chrome with NVDA, JAWS with IE, Talkback on Android and VoiceOver with
iOS Safari.
3. WebAim mailing list is quite active and you have lots of folks in
accessibility.
