[nfbcs] looking for a domain name hosting service double allow email boxes, and is accessible?

I use namecheap.com as a domain registrar, fastmail.com for email, and
nearlyfreespeech.net for web hosting. All are accessible. I think there
is value in splitting the functions between different providers. Total
cost is around $100 per year.
