Which tool you should use depends on what you hope to do with that 
image. If you just want to write its contents to a flash drive, 7-Zip 
can do it. If you're wanting to make the drive bootable, you'll need to 
use a tool like rufus. Both tools work with NVDA, not sure about JAWS.
