[nfbcs] JAWS 2019

Most unfortunately, though, Dvorak support is not one of those
"improvements". Not sure how it is so broken, as JAWS should recognize the
letter pushed, not the place on the keyboard, but oh well. I have requested
a fix for alternative keyboard layouts for years, and am still waiting. I
have submitted so many feedback requests, and reached out to support and
social media. I had one person in support telling me that he has "seen"
dvorak, whatever that means, and that it is not something that most
programs support. This is false, and switching the keyboard layout rarely
has any effect on programs. Still, until JAWS gets Dvorak support, it will
not be a screen reader I choose to use, even if I am forced to teach it to
individuals I work with upon request. Oh, and I am still waiting on my
certificate that I keep trying to pay for, after renewing my certification.
I was promised a call back and never got one. So, JAWS 2019 can come up
with all the new features in the world and I stil will not pay for it with
the level of support I have received.

Thanks and sory in advance for the off-topic babbling.
