[nfbcs] Working as live chat agent while blind

Hi,


I am looking into some part-time work as a live chat agent at places 
such as Operator, support.com, Uber, etc... Is there anyone who depends 
on a screen reader who works in a live chat environment that can give 
some tips or pointers on how to navigate through the laundry list of 
technical requirements?
