[nfbcs] Wanting to hire a tutor

I want to hire a tutor to work with my grandson. He is trying to learn C++.
Communication can be by phone or some internet voice or voice and screen
program. He can see, so he is not interested in someone who understands
accessibility, but he definitely wants to incorporate it in anything he
writes.
