Something doesn't seem quite right here.  One hundred words per minute is
less than two words per second and should be pretty easy to understand and
even a little slow.  Try speaking at two words per second.  I have always
heard that 250 Words Per Minute is a fast but understandable speed for a
human to read out loud.  Obviously, that is subjective.  However, there are
a number of variables. 

I tried a quick test with Eloquence at at rate 90, 45%, and was able to use
a short sample to determine it is much faster than 100 words per minute.  I
had the synthesizer count to fifteen and it accomplished that in around
three seconds or so.  That would come out to about three hundred words per
minute, but I suspect a longer text might be slower.  The numbers one
through nine each only have one syllable, for example.  

If you are really trying to show an employer that you can read efficiently,
I would think you would want to pick a number that was at least similar to
reading out loud.  Obviously, trying to verify that you are able to read
that fast would make sense, but I think it is likely that you can read at
least two hundreds words per minutes unless there is something here I don't
understand.

here are some answers:

in the voice settings, the first number is words per minute and the second
number is the internal percentage value.
set on the elequence voice, the amount of punctuation doesn't change these
values.

so:
0% = 41wpm
5% = 46wpm
10% = 52wpm
15% = 57wpm
20% = 63wpm
25% = 68wpm
30% = 74wpm
35% = 79wpm
40% = 85wpm
45% = 90wpm
50% = 95wpm
54% = 100wpm

nice job if you can understand much more, 55% = 101wpm 60% = 107wpm 65% =
112wpm 70% = 118wpm 75% = 123wpm Bryan Schulz

Would someone know how the jaws reading number translates to words per
minute?

The speed after install is 15.

What does 15 mean in wpm?

Say if you increase to 45, would you triple the wpm or is there a different
multiplication factor?
