[nfbcs] Set up Windows using Narrator?

If you install build 1803 or later, the entire install is usable with narrator.

Can I set up a brand-new, just out of the box, Windows 10 computer using
Narrator, or do I need to hunt up a sighted person to help me?  I tried
asking Google, but it wasn't helpful.
