[NFBCS] Disney Plus Update

Hi, I am having a hard time getting on to the web sight for Disney plus. 
I need to get it verified and there Emails are not coming through to me when I request the verification number. I tried calling and they have a 90 min. wait on the phone. 
Any ideas?
