[NFBCS] Amazon Fresh Broken on Windows with JAWS

I sometimes have to use the screen refresh (insert escape), after hitting enter on a web page.  Other than that, everything works.

            Is anyone else noticing that the recent changes that Amazon made to the Fresh part of the website, including getting to the Fresh cart from the normal cart and changing the quantities in the cart, have almost completely broke it on Windows with JAWS?
