Hello Tracy,

When you open an e--mail in outlook, f4 opens a search dialog.  If you look for subject, you might be able to skip headers.

The boss frequently forwards long email chains, and I have to read through the whole thing.  Is there an easy way to get past the long, repeated list of cc's?

I'm using the latest version of Jaws, and Outlook 2016.
