When you create the VM you can choose wether it's bridged, NAT or other
networked modes...
Bridged should put them all on the same network and able to talk to each
other.
NAT will create a sub network for that vm that goes out through the parent
PC which it sounds like you don't want.

Hi. How do I set up three vms on vm ware player to talk to each other on the
same network. Do I then just add the static ip from the first vm to the
second and third  one. Any ideas.
