[NFBCS] Efficiently navigating terminal

When enabling QuickNav, be sure to adjust the rotor to Navigation, in order to use up/down arrows to move by line.

Quick nav is just left and right arrows together, then you don't have to VO to move upward.

But gabe is right. When you interact it acts like an edit.
