[NFBCS] Signing a PDF form

Hi Ed.  The laptop does not have a touch screen.  Not sure it would really
help me if it did, though.

Hi Tracy, congrats on your impending retirement, does the laptop upon
which you have installed fill and sign have a touch screen? This is an
app where I've used it on my iPhone but I have never yet used it in
windows.
