[NFBCS] Opening HTML files

Hello:

Hope everyone is enjoying the convention.

I've saved a few Web pages as HTML files to my computer. The extension is 
.HTM. However, I can't seem to open them. When I pressed the applications 
key, Internet Explorer is not listed as a choice. I was using Google 
Chrome at the time, but that shouldn't make a difference, right? Any help 
would be appreciated.
